Vodacom wipes its behind on the legal system

Over the past (approx) 8 weeks, I have tried to get detailed telephone records out of Vodacom. From 2 number RICA-ed in MY OWN NAME. Went to the local Vodacom franchises (as branches is apparently NOT Vodacom themselves.) They tried to help, but could not. I was advised to log a call with the helpdesk. The request was done, and closed off as "we cannot help". A court-order was then obtained and signed on the local Vodacom "franchise" (with proof of delivery). The court case had to be postponed as the records was NOT delivered, as per court instruction. Reply from the "area Manager"? - The Magistrate will go and fetch the records herself... I have notified Vodacom per email again that a contempt of court order was now issued against that person, plus a cost order against them will now be requested - against them. It is best that the public knows what the mighty Vodacom attitude is towards the legal system. If any one knows where and upon whom I can have the contempt of court order be signed to, please info me the details. Just maybe, if that useless appointment is sitting in jail, that person can fall next to "its" attitude.. in jail.

If your consultant did phone me from a ****** nr, let them leave a number where I can return a call to. It seems that no assistance is forthcoming from Vodacom so far.

I am still awaiting contact from your consultant. Or the contact details upon whom the Contempt of Court-order can be signed upon, plus the cost order.
