Vodacom Wingtip crossing - upgrade nigthmare
Visited Vodacom Wingtip crossing to upgrade one of my numbers in September 2018. The store gave me the phone, I paid the connection fee and went home. No problems. But there was apparently a fault with the upgrade. March 2019 - six months after the upgrade I was contacted by the store to bring back the phone or pay for the phone. I refuse to give it back and offered to pay for the amount that the contract lost. The guy helping said he will sort is out - still waiting for him to sort it out. Went there again today to find out why the upgrade is still open because now I am not able to upgrade one of my other numbers. The man helping me very rudely informed me I must bring back the phone or pay for it. I said I will not leave this and take if further. He said I must take it further. I asked for the area managers' number. He refuse to give it to me. When I phoned Vodacom customer care they informed me that there was an upgrade done at Vodacom Wingtip crossing on 15 July on the number that I am trying to upgrade now. Which I have not done!!! Did not visit the shop since March and did not upgrade because I was unable to do it online. So they are trying to rectify their fault on the upgrade which they did in September on another number now in July!! I guess that can be seen as *******???
Vodacom wingtip crossing has poor service and can't be trusted. They are rude when asked for help and does not admit when they made the error. Will never visit that store again and so will none of my friends or family
