VODACOM WILL ***** YOUR MONEY AFTER CANCELLING CONTRACT

I took a contract with Vodacom in February 2025 and within months they gave me the mostly unsatisfactory service ever. I cancelled my contract on the 6 of May 2025, I paid the early termination fee and I also paid the debit order for May. They tried debiting me for June and I disputed it. They did not reach out to me but sent the most unprofessional law firm who cannot even answer the most basic question of which month is outstanding as the contract was terminated very early in May. People always complain that Vodacom contracts are hard to cancel. STAY AWAY FROM VODACOM
