Vodacom, will you ever beat the allegations

Vodacom How could I physically sign for a month to month contract and you sign me up for a 24 month contract and now I’m being chased by debt collectors when I’ve highlighted to you the issue, nothing was done when I raised this issue and disputed the debit order?? No guys
