Vodacom will not repair/replace my new phone

I took my Samsung S6 for repairs because it was switching itself off and not responding when I switch it back on, also not responding when I put it in the charger.

The phone was bought 2 months ago, activated on the 14/09 and I sent it in for repairs on the 20/09.

The repairs report came back and said it was liquid damaged hence it can not be fixed. In the 6 days that i've used this phone, I have NEVER spilt liquid on it, dropped it, or damaged it in any way.

I have literally been using this phone for only 6 days, it has no insurance therefore Vodacom says they cannot replace it.

This is a *******, I am stuck with a new S6 that does not work at all. The least vodacom can do is provide a solution, even if it comes at a cost.
