Vodacom will not refund an incorrect contract
My contract was submitted incorrectly, I had to make an upfront payment for the contract and Vodacom will not refund it so that we can submit the correct contract. Horrible and slow customer service. I will be issuing a charge back with my bank as there is no end in sight.
