Vodacom will not cancel my contract
I have now called Vodacom four times to cancel a contract that ended eight months ago. Vodacom outlets are not authorised to cancel contracts; instead Vodacom require that you call a cancellations number. Their retentions staff will try and entice you to stay. In my case I have made it 100% clear that I am not open to any better offers. This must amount to contract *****! Do not enter into any contracts with Vodacom!
