Vodacom will not answer questions on breaking law
On 4 May I sent an email addressed to the CEO and Chairman of Vodacom asking why they are breaking the Consumer Protection Act in relation to prepaid data sales and have not heard anything since.<br> <br> Section 63 .1.a of the CPA deals with prepaid sales and defines the transaction as \accepting consideration for a prepaid certificate
