Vodacom will give you incorrect advice just to make money

I went to Vodacom at Nelson Mandela Square, they gave me advice about one of their products... incorrect advice that cost me R1700. They ACKNOWLEDGE that incorrect advice was given, even disciplined the guy, but refuse to make it right with their end customer. Clearly ZERO customer service. I have a full email trail of this... I've tried engaging politely, but the management does not care.
