vodacom will fall

I am completely dissatisfied about vodacoms services!!! Once upon a time they were an exceptional cellular network, but now they have become so expensive, and not only that, I'd rather move my number over to another cellular network as others still provided extras when you do top ups, now Vodacom decided to take away the night owl data bundles. what does Vodacom have to offer their clients now???

I'll be the first of many to change over to another cellular network.

And Vodacom, literally thanks for nothing now.

I was on customer care For over 15 mins, and not even your staff that handle the calls know that you took away the night owl deals... What a waist of my time. First thing you need to do is make your staff aware that you make changes and then become expensive with whatever you feel like.
