Vodacom will destroy your name

i would like to understand why Vodacom continues to send my account to attorneys i get calls and sms all times of the day and night. the account has prescribed but still this continues, before i take the matter to the OBS, i am asking Vodacom to removed the account details from ITC and get teh attorneys to stop calling me how can an account of R5000.00 be R35000.00 that is total madness.

i received a call regarding a legal team getting back to me this was last week and a week later still no call or response from Vodacom. they are quick to list you quick to say you owe them quick to hand over but not QUICK on client services.
