VODACOM WIG

I received a message that my vodacom wig has been activated. I am unaware of what this is. I did not request this. I am certain if anything needs to be activated you need our authorisation. Should we not receive information first with an option to accept or not. Please help I have read other reviews and realise that why mu bundles are getting finish so quickly.
