Vodacom wifi is pathetic

I am not happy with Vodacom. My wifi goes off every single day and I have to call Vodacom only for them to tell me that they are escalating my call or or the technician is still investigating. Can I have a solution regarding this and this time I need a permanent solution not a temporary one where I have to unplug my router a few times before it start working again. I am tired of taking my time calling Vodacom every single as if I do not have anything better to do. Your customer service is pathetic. Ever since I have signed this contract, every two weeks I have to call vodacom. Vodacom is **** and they have no respect for te clients. SR240727 - 270503.
