Vodacom WiFi Home Router (Bad service and product)

II am absolutely furious with Vodacom's WiFi home router service. They failed to clearly communicate the three-year contract with no option for cancellation. On top of that, I wasted 11 months of payments in 2024 for a router that never even worked. Despite taking it to their Fourways branch multiple times for repairs, it was never fixed. No one bothered to compensate me for the entire year of inconvenience. Finally, after much frustration, they agreed to replace the faulty router, but I have to wait 5 days and make the trip back to their store. This whole ordeal has been incredibly stressful, and their cancellation fees are outrageous considering the terrible treatment and lack of service I have endured.
