Vodacom wifi doesn't work, customer service is pathetic

Don't use the Vodacom wifi if you value your peace! The wifi worked for few months. After that, you'd be watching the TV and it just freezes like it's buffering. Work from home? 😂 This one disconnects for 15 minutes while you are in an executive meeting, talking. I reported to a Vodacom store, they called customer service, I was told they "FORGOT" to turn on some settings when they activated my contract. It then worked smoothly for like a week. I went back, I was told technicians will call me, it's been 2 weeks, nothing. Now I'm stuck with something that doesn't work. Apparently I can't cancel the contract because it's been more than than 3 months of using the wifi. That time I'm paying R800 for this nonsense. Yooo this has been the worst, if there was a zero, I was gonna put a couple of them.
