vodacom wifi cancell

cancelled Vodacom contract because of bad service and now I'm being handed over when i was told my contract is cancelled and they will collect they WIFI router. till this day i await feedback or collection from Vodacom.

I have been calling Vodacom and letting them know that I'm struggling with coverage and that it feels unfair that I'm paying for a service that's not being rendered to me i have multiple complains.
