Vodacom WIFI 5 DAY PENDING APPLICATION

Hello Peter I am writing with so much disappointment from the service I got from WIFI application I did at Vodacom Wonderpark mall. Firstly I app**** for FIBRE that never materialized with number of emails correspondence where vodacom agents asked me to cancel my existing service provider before they can approve my application... And I did cancel as per their advices however they never contacted me. Then I didn't have internet in the house that's where I approached Vodacom store to apply for a WIFI........... An application that I was told will be of 20minutes turn-around time but it is now 5 days. And application moved was on pending for 4 days, now on external assessment... No proper communication until I went to the store.

Dear Vodacom
5,6 DAY PENDING WIFI APPLICATION.

I appreciate your morning call at around 9.31am.
A consultant indicated my query will be attended to.

Please be aware I haven't received any feedback on how or whether you are resolving my query... Its now over 4 hours waiting.
A 20minutes application turned into 6 days.

Hello vodacom and customers.
I have never seen such a horrible horrible service from Vodacom. Just an application for a WIFI at Wonderpark vodacom store, took 7 days, and it still pending, consultant doesn't know what to do, contact centre said they don't assist with store applications. What kind of ******* is this?
