Vodacom wHY -

I am not happy with vodacom , they enjoy taking advantage of pensioners. The contracts of 3 phones ended 5 months ago but Vodacom refuse to cancel the contracts , they keep on deducting money worse part they even increased the prices, for what we don’t know , they can’t even explain . Every time we call them for cancellation instead they send the incorrect forms that they still want to deduct money. Vodacom please whatever you are doing to pensioners is not right beacause they cannot afford to pay for a contract of 5 years while you enjoy chewing their money.
