Vodacom white collar crime

I had an incident with vodacom where they continue charging me after my contract expired. I remembered still canceling my contract as you get a lot of calls for from their call centre for promotions and I told one of them I am not interested. I take the calls is recorded and a told them I got a better offer from another phone company and they should cancel my contract after the last payment. I never used that product again but was secretly charged for it. On stopping my account they blacklisted me as in the fine print their is a clause that states I must cancel the contract. I ask them why does the Law allow I must do something when my Contract expired in order to get my Contract terminated. I put them on Hello Peter where they sent me a private message they will call me back. I never received a call or sms from vodacom. Instead I got a call from a sub contracted legal office telling me to pay the money. What if I was in a coma or dead Vodacom would Continue charging me until eternity. This is white collar crime. I was given the customer service contact details. I phoned and was given the legal dept contact details. I phoned there and was given a sub contract legal dept details. They don't even know what it was all about. All the sub Contract company called TS LEGAL wanted was there money plus their added fees. I called again TS legal several times to resolved the issue. I spoke to receptionist Pauline. The attorneys never returned my calls. Because I wanted to buy something else and faced with a brick wall and nowhere else to turn, I paid the money. I was told to wait 3 days to get a clearance confirmation letter. It's now 3 weeks I am still waiting. I phone Vodacom every time after 3 days and was asked my email address over and over again. I am still waiting.
