VODACOM WHAT UTTER CHEATS - *****ING MONEY FROM SUBSCRIBERSjmb/4350
On 18th June, 2020 vodacom sent me an sms saying "congrats, you're in!" it was for Acess Cupido at a cost of R5-00 per day. To opt out CANCEL.
I CANCELLED but they rejected the cancel and keep on sending me mail about my love life and deducting R5.00 per day. I went into the website they gave but there was no way to cancel. I tried to SMS cancel again but it was rejected. I tried phoning them but got no response. Please can you get them to cance their ******* and give me back the R5.00 per day they have been deducting since 18th June. Thank you.
