Vodacom what the hell are you billing me for

Calling on all Vodacom contract customers.

Last year I took out a cellphone contract with Vodacom, I reviewed my statements over the period, for the first six months thing were fine, then after that the items on the invoices changed and these changes brought on increased billings, additional to that I have been charged for content services, data and calls which I am not sure what it is for and pretty sure that something is off here. I barely use the data which comes with the contract, since I have a data contract with handheld router with another network, the times I have used the data on this contract sim I can clearly see on the invoices whereby I was billed for the 1GB of data purchased. I rarely call from this sim although I receive minutes every month as per contract. Then the biggest shock I got was when the phoned I use this sim in was broken and for two months the sim was inactive, as I have a prepaid sim in another phone, I was in no rush to use it, and for the two months I was still billed these large amounts, and what was to be a contract of not even R300 per month, every single month I receive a bill of R700+. I sent them an email almost a month ago requesting clarification in writing as to what the hell I am paying for and up until now have yet to receive any feedback, but I do get my invoices though...

Is there anybody out there that can relate, as I do not think this should be left as is, I am definitely not...
