Vodacom what the hell are we paying for???
We are paying R3,000 for two cell phones and have had to engage a local internet service provider for our office laptops as Vodacom cannot give us good connectivity. Connectivity has now got critical with our cell phones that we pay such a lot for. We are trying to run a business but whilst talking to clients we get cut off. I have chased up with customer care to speak with a technician called Alex who gave me a reference number 1- ********** ********** and advised that the towers here around PMB have been reset. The situation here is getting worse and worse and Alex nor any technician has come back to us.
