Vodacom what on earth does SERVICE PROVIDER mean to you?????

At the end of April I did a renewal and migration. I was given a quote which I subsequently cancelled. For the past few months I have been trying to get Vodacom to resolve this issue as they never cancelled the quote and holds me liable for the costs. An enquiry was opened reference S3-G0A33-3L9E6 and I never got any feedback except to say that Vodacom is attending to the query. I returned the debit orders in the last few months and di manual payments of the amounts owing that excluded the query. Last month I phoned Vodacom again to enquire about the amount due and was told that the debit order has been put on hold and that I should wait on the resolution of the query. Through all this, my services gets suspended every second week even though my query was never resolved. On phoning the customer care centre, I now am informed that the query has been closed on the 30th of July!!! Not a peep from Vodacom to me in all this time except just cut the service, why not. Last week around the 25th of Aug I get to speak to a manager who confirms that Vodacom should have passed a credit and that he will put the request through for same. I subsequently pay my account manually on the same day to ensure that I am not suspended. Again, today my lines are suspended even though I confirmed this morning with Vodacom did receive my payment and that the consultant was going to capture the payment on the system as it was not captured since the 25th!! I phoned Vodacom again and spoke to a manager, Mr Zolile Ndunge who now informs me that my query is closed and that he does not see a credit due to me. I told him that this morning when I spoke to the call centre agent, she confirmed that the credit is pending. What on earth Vodacom??? I am frustrated to a level beyond endurance here

Dear Vodacom
As at this time, no one has responded to my complaint. I took it upon myself to conatct Vodacom yesterday afternoon. I contacted your accounts/collections department just before 5 who reconnected my service (thank you very much) but also told me that the onus is on me to ensure Vodacom passes the credit or else I will just be disconnected again??? I am not employed at Vodacom!!! I was then told that I will be transferred to the Upgrades dept as this is where the whole dilemma originates from. Well, less said about the service I did not receive despite that fact that when my call was put through I was number 3 in the queue. i held on until 7pm when presumably it's shift change and my call politely got cut. I never got to speak to any consultant despite the fact that I made it to number 1 in the queue. This is a promise to you Vodacom - I will cancel all my contracts as and when they expire, whihc I think stand on about 6 or more at the moment and will actively disuade anyone from using you as the preferred network provider. If there was negative stars on this platform, you would have been worthy contenders

Further to this matter, I received a mail from Lesley Abels informing me and I quote "Please be informed that I am able to credit (R997.50) the account for the migration charged " on the 4th of September. I then mailed back confirming this. I had no response even though I mailed a few time. Yesterday, I contacted Vodacom once more to try and find out what if any progress has been made. Lo and behold, no credit passed, nothing on the system to indicate that a credit is pending, no record of any correspondence with me. And I am still in arrears as per Vodacom, even though I have paid. How if ever, will this matter be resolved as we are on month end again when the account should be paid. Vodacom, I have taken this matter to ICASA already as I have had no luck whatsoever with you. I am truly at wits end with this matter. Never before has service, or lack thereof frustrated me so much
