Vodacom - what a struggle

<p>I tried for the last 4 hours to get SMS roaming off - with no success!</p> <p>everytime when i phone i get the same answer - wait 1 - 2 hours, we will phone you back. but nothing happens.</p> <p>this cant be that difficult to do. Then they put me on hold while they find out what is going on for about 15 minutes at a time.....</p> <p>i can not use my phone and must just wait.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
