Vodacom - What a *******!

With the recent upgrade of my cellphone contract I was informed that the cellphone (LG XCam) came with a 1 year FREE screen insurance. On my October 2016 statement Vodacom charged me for the screen insurance. What a ******* - in my opinion this is theft!

I made 2 queries with the call centre regarding this - details as follows:

On the 2 November 2016, I spoke to Innocentia, and was told that the query was logged and was provided with the following refernce number 1- ********** 5716

On 10 November 2016, I spoke to Vuyo, and was told the query was closed - this came a surprise to me since my problem was not resolved. Another query was then logged and the following refernce number was given 1- ********** 4145. To date Vodacom has not resloved the problem.

It seems that Vodacom would stoop to the bottom levels of the 'barrel' and lie in order to attract sales.

Stop *********** people!
