Vodacom - what a circus!!!!

I will never in my life ever again buy or take a contract with Vodacom. Customer Care is not educated enough to understand you, noise in the background is so loud you cannot hear the person speaking. I have cancelled my contract 6 times already and finally managed to get voice confirmation that the contract is cancelled just to get updated as a non-payer on my credit report. This is not on and I have approached legal consultation to take vodacom on as I am in the process of buying a house and now my credit is effected negatively by this clown owned company. And please convey this to the vodacom CEO - If this was my company, I would not mention it to anyone!!!! Come on man, own up and get your company sorted. Vodacom is topping one of the worst companies to deal with and get your queries resolved.
