Vodacom Westwood not Reliable Again

My issue is still ongoing I received a call from Faisal vodacom Westwood on Wednesday telling me that the person that's supposed to be calling me is out but the person will call me before the weekend on getting my refund back and canceling the contract but that never happened. Today is Monday this still proves how dishonest people who are working on that branch. I'm tired of being left hanging all the time I want this ordeal to end
