Vodacom Westwood not Reliable

I'm not new here with all the complaints I have logged about Vodacom Westwood. After my review a lady by the name Olivia called me last week Wednesday about this issue, I explained everything that she told me she was going to ask Westwood Vodacom to forward all the paperwork as she couldn't get to her system since it was load shedding and she promised me to sent me a detailed email about what we spoke about but that never happened
