Vodacom westwood mall useless

Store revamp was waste of time. Whats required is transformation or change of *********** staff. Went twice to store and they waste my time. I went to store on monday 29 May and middle aged lady assisted with sim swop to retain number as phone blocked due to wrong puk. She wasted 25 minutes of my time and i paid and left. Two weeks later i still can't receive calls or make calls. Damn useless store. This is a basic thing they cant get right. ***
