Vodacom Website Upgrade

I'm due for an upgrade and thought I will try Vodacom website as they advertise next day delivery and you don't have to pay connection fee.

I did the upgrade 6:00am and the site returned an order number with details of the order, 15:00 I phoned Vodacom as I did not get any other confirmation, after 40min and speaking to 5 different call center agents it came down to the order was not activated and they don't know when I will get the device. The next morning I phoned again and this time they captured the delivery address and said delivery will take another 3-4 days as there is a weekend in between.

Also on the website it states that you only need you ID book for RAM couriers but in T&C it states you also need proof of address, if you don't read the T&C you will not know.

Vodacom you better then this!!
