Vodacom website ****mm
So I wanted a Vodacom contract phone and decided that it would be easier to go the Vodacom website, worst decision ever!!!!!! I got a call from who I thought was a Vodacom agent and we agreed to the terms and when my phone would be delivered but the phone never got delivered. when I went to a Vodacom store to inquire apparently the contract is under Homemark........I don't why because I went on the Vodacom website to . I tried contacting Homemark on several occasions to cancel the Contract under my name. Now am unable to get a new Contract because of this mess, when I contact Vodacom they refer to Homemark that blatantly refuses to assist me.

15 Oct 2021, 13:48Still haven't gotten any assistance, Got calls from a few agents who have only assisted in sending me from Pillar to post like a MAD person. This has honestly the most emotionally draining thing for me as I need the phone for work and chose @Vodacom because it was a brand I trusted they have in turn made things worse and left me both emotionally and financialy drained!!!!!!!!!!!
