Vodacom- We are just a number

If I could rate 0, I would. A family member has passed away and we have attempted to close his accounts with Vodacom. When you try cancel over the phone they tell you to go in store with the required documents, once you go in store they tell you they cant help you, you must email them. When you send emails its like having an automated response they give you no information except on how to pay the outstanding bill. We received an extremely high bills and made arrangements to pay the full balance then we receive a second bill. Once trying to find out what it was for we get the same run around. you phone they tell you to go in store, in store they tell you email and again i receive an email explaining how to pay and not answering any questions or helping the family. These families have just lost a loved one and are dealing with difficult situations and this is how they get treated, like they don't have enough on their plate. For the sake of the families that get left behind I would never recommend Vodacom, your family shouldn't have to deal with this after your passing. I was advised from the staff on a call that the Deceased and Legal departments don't even have a direct line in order to have a one on one dealing to help these families. We have not had anything but stress and tears dealing with this company. It's shocking
