VODACOM Watergate branch

Vodacom Watergate is a ****, I paid for a Wifi service which includes Unlimited WiFi from Vuma and an installation on the 25th of June 2025,no installation was made until end of July when I requested for cancellation, they kept on saying my service is active because they linked my Account to someone else's account that has been suspended for a while due to the same address. On the 1st of August they debit yet no installation has been made and no service has been rendered.. On the 12th August I went to the branch as I have been communicating with Jody and Ian over a phone and they have been Claiming to been escalating my matter, until the guy by a Name Ian was rude and denied everything in the name of "they are an ISP" he deleted our conversation and petronised me, I have proof of payment for both transactions, all I want is a refund of my money!!!
