Vodacom - wasting your time and wasting your money

emailed, went into Vodacom store and called online to say my contract had expired, MTN had a better offer and I could get the Samsung Note 5 - which I could not get online with Vodacom and to cancel my contract (email) no response from Accounting - when I called to follow up (no one could help because I am on the NEW system - - 42 mins on the phone and they still can't help) so I give notice 17 February 2016, email (no response)

I port to MTN - no drama - good package - sign the deal on 16 March - as I was going away they agree to only port me on 29 March - get SMS - new phone - all good - then people tell me they can't get hold of me - ONLY Vodacom people - to find out Vodacom calls go to my old phone (which I have to keep on), then I get a bill for a handset I never ordered, then I get a bill for April on a contract I do not have (which I am going to have reversed out by the bank) - Vodacom advises me by email I have been ported over - yet still sends me an account - if I am ported then howcome I received calls - no Vodacom calls come to the MTN sim card - Vodacom acknowledget that they don't know what is going on - 5 reference nos later and no joy

Never heard from Vodacom - useless service provider - useless customer service - still cannot receive calls still receiving ******* bills and waiting for you to take me to court now so I can counter slap Vodacom with a legal suite - I have done enough running around and am so delighted I ported to MTN - oh by the way I have bounced the ******* debit off my account and am keeping track of all our correspondence from me (lack of from you) for when i see you in court and claim damages for the sheer amount of time I have spent in trying to do your job for you
