vodacom warranty is total ****!

<p>Vodacom adverties 2 yr warranty on hand sets, on the 6th of june i booked in my phone for to have the microphone repaired, thier repair centre sends me a quote for a new screen at R1800.00 when the screen is not cracked, then i get told if there is any damage on the phone ie cracked screen the warranty is void untill the screen is repaired, two people at one of the stores agreed with me that the screen is not cracked.</p> <p>no one ever explained this terms and conditions to me, if the screen was cracked then i can understand but its not, so why not repair the phone under warranty. everytime i complain i must wait 2 - 5 days for a response. </p> <p>i have 4 contracts with vodacom, and dont see why i should wait so long for a repair that i can get done for R350 at a cell repair shop.</p>
