Vodacom wants to **** me

My cellphone contract with Vodacom had ended and they called me to advertise. I took on the offer only to find that when I went to Vodacom in Durban west street the terms on the paperwork was different from what I was told on the phone ,the manager then told me to leave the laptop in the store and I did. When I went back I was told that the laptop had been ****** from the shop and they can't help me, I'm now basically paying for something that's not even in my possession
