Vodacom wants to cheat me of my Black Friday upgrade deal

I did an upgrade on my Vodacom contract on Friday 25th November 2016. The agent who helped me was 'Sabiha'. We concluded the deal and I was told to expect delivery by Ram Couriers in 2 to 3 working days.

On Wednesday 30th November I contacted Vodaom for a reference number to track my delivery. The agent who assisted hesitated and said there was a system problem and promised to call back - she never did. I contacted Vodaom again later that afternoon... another agent said the same. Finally I got a call from 'Sabiha' the agent who did my upgrade on Friday. She said that for some 'unknown' reason the upgrade was cancelled but that she had taken it up with 'higher management'. She also indicated that the deal was only for Black Friday - to which I made it clear that my upgrade was appoved on Friday so I was expecting them to honour the deal. Sabiha promised to call the next morning. She did not call.

The so called leading cellular network provider wants to take another innocent customer for a ride.

And I feel that theres nobody to assist me.
