VODACOM wants me to pay R3000 for their mistake!
Come now Vodacom, this is ridiculous!
You gave me the wrong phone after repair, then blacklisted the phone you gave me! Now you want me to pay R3000 to de-blacklist....
NOPE NOPE NOPE NOPE!

Started by contract 03/08/2013 for Samsung Galaxy S4 IMEI ***
Handed in at Hatfield on 24/07/2014 for screen repair
Collected repaired Galaxy S4 phone on 13/08/2014 *
08/07/2015 Phone could not read sim card.... Handed in at Chatz, Klerksdorp
15/07/2015 advised that phone has been reported 'missing' and black listing cannot be removed due to different IMEI number against the cell phone number as per Vodacare, Mmabatho
*IMEI of phone collected from Hatfield and used for the year 13/08/2014 - 08/07/2015 was noted as ***
On investigation, it was found that on 31/07/2014 the Galaxy S4 IMEI *** was collected and is still currently being used by a Mr Diko.
In short the phone was handed in on 24/07/2014 was collected by Mr Diko & is listed as using the 'handed' in phone from 31/07/2014.
I am now advised that I must pay R3000 to deactivate the blacklisting.
Not acceptable
Resolve!
