Vodacom wants me to pay for a phone I can't use.

I have been battling for very long now to sort out my phone. I upgraded over the phone and by the time I wanted to use the phone (note I did not use it immediately cause my phone was quite fine, so saved the new phone for later), when I switched on the phone, it was an Easy2Own phone, so I contacted them and after many calls it was said that the IMEI number just needs to be removed from the Easy2Own list, which has still not been done. I'm paying for a phone I can't use. And I'm not going to go and pay the fee every month, as I have enough internet etc. Vodacom needs to flippen please get this sorted out now!!!!! You want me to pay my bill but you don't give a damn if I'm able to use my phone or not. The poor operator tried everything but someone on the other side just doesn't give a damn and is not doing their job. Replace my phone or get this sorted, the damn thing is not even used yet, barely switched on. Last ref number S-***
