Vodacom wants a Fortune for Early Cancellation.
So disappointing! I know I still 12 months left on my 10Gb data (sim only) deal for R149.00 pm. I don't need this data anymore as I have unlimited wi-fi at my home now. Vodacom wants more than R3,000.00 to cancel this contract. I know this a contract and I would have to pay some penalties but this much is unacceptable. I would expect such a giant company to be more flexible and helpful. So selfish and profit orientated. I would never consider getting any product from Vodacom any more!
