Vodacom wanting my my deceased father to write a letter! Ridicules!!!

My father passed away very suddenly in 2015. As it happended , my vodacom contract was on his name. Both myself and my mother (Who is left incharge of all his things) tried several times to get the contract registered on her name. They refuse to do that, they refuse to give us statements each month , which means that my line gets cut every month because it goes unpaid or we pay the wrong amount and the cut my line for R0.50. Then after a payment was made , they refuse to switch my line back on saying Mr.Winter(my father) has to do it. We have submitted numerous death certificates and other deceased documentation but they still refuse to assist. I was so stunned the last time I dealth with them, because they told me that they know Mr.Winter is dead but they need a letter from him to say that we can cancel my contract. I was so offended and stunned. I mean , ***???? My contract expires this month, so all I want to do is make the last payment, close the contract and keep my number to go onto prepaid instead. What do they want us to do? Take him to nearest Vodacom so they can speak to him in person? The mentality of some peaple make me want to throw up. HE IS DEAD. HE CANNOT SIGN A LETTER. PLEASE HELP ME?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Might I just add that I think your customer service is by far the worst I have ever received.
