Vodacom - want my money back .

Vodacom are a bunch of ****** . I had a contract to recieve 1GB of data every month with vodacom. I cancelled contract in Feb 2018 . and today 02/03/2018 for R109 even though i did not recieve the data. All i want is my money back. They must just reverse the debit order as i did not recieve the data and i cancelled my subscription.
