Vodacom wake the F up

I am absolutely disgusted with vodacom as a franchise!!! I cancelled a contract and paid the amount which would be in arrears, received a message stating that the sim has been converted to a prepaid sim. Now I’m being harassed everyday by vodacoms legal team as the account has been given over to them. Someone is obviously sleeping at their desk and needs to go back to bed. This has caused such a delay in other personal deals for me. I would not recommend choosing Vodacom as a service provider…
