Vodacom / VVM Debt Collection Harassment
I am currently being harassed by Vodacom's debt collectors' called VVM. They claim I owe an amount to Vodacom of R50 000. I have never had a Vodacom contract, I have been with MTN since I was 15 years old (Still using the same number). I have requested that they send me proof of this contract that they claim I have entered into (i.e. Singed Contract plus supporting Documents such as a copy of my ID and Utilities bill that I would have needed to submit to enter into a contact). The VVM consultant said that they could only send me a statement of the account which I have still not received. They are requesting me to send them an affidavit that I do not have any Vodacom products. I will do nothing until VVM and Vodacom show me proof of this contract that they allege I entered into.
As discussed over the phone, you have asked me to send a copy of my ID and 3 Signatures of mine to an email address.
You told me that you would SMS me the details of email address to send these documents to.
YOU HAVE NOT SENT ME THE SMS DETAILING WHAT EMAIL ADDRESSS I MUST SEND THE INFO TO ???????????????
