Vodacom / VVM Debt Collection harassment

I am being harassed and my credit rating threatened by VVM debt collection from Vodacom for apparent unpaid bills? My Bills come off via Debit order! and non of my debit orders have ever bounced plus my vodacom bill states I owe them Nothing?

I have requested VVM to send me the Vodacom bills they apparently state I owe and yet they are still to send me anything other than their own bills and threats. Please can we get this sorted out asap.
