VODACOM & VUMATEL!!!!! WORST SP EVER!!!!!!!!!

Vodacom is my service provider for WIFI, I have been offline since the 09 May 2023!!! I have been calling and they have been escalating this to vumatel since the then I have had 2 Service request numbers i.e SR*** 09.05.2023 of which Vumatel came to my home but they said my account is deleted, something about conflicting object numbers and a different address of which i dont even know. I waited a few days and called again on the 19.05.2023 to find my call was never escalated then issued me with another SR*** and to this day I have not received any feedback or assistance from Vodacom or Vumatel. Tried calling Vumatel they just put me through to a line that has voicemail. Please dont sign up with these providers you will have endless problems. 15 days to this day of no wifi/internet, on top of my monthly subscription i have had to fork out 100's of rands in data and airtime!!!!!!!!! JUST PATHETIC
