Vodacom & Vumatel are the worse Fibres services

I am a new Fibre customer of Vodacom, signed up two weeks ago, they sent out the Vumatel Technician to come and get the router box installed and get me connected, the Tech then said there is no need to give me a new box because here is already a box linked to my house, I requested they replace it as this box is very old and has been here for years. They promised they would come and replace it and now we are two weeks later and still no box in and I have been experiencing intermittent internet connection because of a bad box, im phoning Vodacom on a daily basis and they just promising things but dont send anyone to fix my problem. Even spoke to a Team Leader and she is making empty promises to me. I dont recommend their services to anyone.
