VODACOM VUMA REACH FIBRE IS THE WORST

Honestly I never thought I would ever receive such poor service from Vodacom. I work from home and I've literally missed two days of work because of their ****** fibre! Every evening when my shift starts my speed just drops, and bare in mind I'm only getting paid per hour and for every missed hour its unpaid. So thanks alot Vodacom. And I've called more than 10 times about this issue and no one can assist. I even asked if my package can be upgraded to get better connection but I was told only after a month. Can you believe it!? I askèd several times to speak to a manager or supervisor and I wasn't put through (the manager is always unavailable). I am so SICK AND TIRED OF VUMA REACH AND VODACOM! THIS IS THE WORST FIBRE NETWORK EVER!!!
