Vodacom vs Netflix!

Nobody knows what is going on between Vodacom & Netflix.

I was billed in December for Netflix on my Vodacom account as it should be. Payment was made on 20 December to pay my bill in full. On 1 January I receive a mail from Netflix stating I cancelled my subscription. Vodacom says speak to Netflix. Netflix says link your account through Vodacom. When checking on Vodacom it says next billing for Netflix is 25 January so there is nothing I can do.

I want a full refund for Netflix since I am unable to watch it due to issues between Vodacom & Netflix!
