Vodacom vs My Credit record

I closed my Account with Vodacom back in 2018. And it is still showing on my credit report. I do not have any account with Vodacom anymore. Trying to get hold of the correct department let alone the correct person is impossible.

I would really like to get a email confirming that I do not owe Vodacom 1 sent.

I would like to say thank you to the person or persons involved with sorting out my problem finally. I would have liked to get it resolved before I needed to complain about it.

Thank you very much for the Letter I have received I will wait to see if Vodacom is still reflecting on my credit report.
